The Ladder of Life

Original Artwork by Eka Peradze

With this artwork, I wanted to express the journey of life — a journey filled with dreams, challenges, hope, friendship, and endless possibilities.

I created a symbolic ladder with colorful human figures, each representing a unique individual with their own story, ambitions, and direction in life.

Some are climbing higher, some are resting, some are moving together, and others are helping one another along the way.

For me, this ladder symbolizes personal growth, determination, and the importance of human connection. Life is not only about reaching the top, but also about the people we meet and the moments we share along the way.

The minimalist composition creates a beautiful contrast between the white background, the dark ladder, and the vibrant colors of the figures.

Every single detail is painted entirely by hand — including all the figures, the ladder, and every shadow. The carefully painted shadows create a remarkable illusion of depth and three-dimensionality.

My wish is that this artwork inspires its future owner to believe in their dreams, keep moving forward, and remember that every step in life has meaning.

This is my original creation. Only one exists in the entire world.

With love,
Eka Peradze ❤️
